Do you want to be a better leader?
Our Leadership Development Program is designed to support, guide, and challenge individuals as they develop through their careers.
Leadership is challenging
There are many facets to leadership – leaders are not only those who have the title of leader or manager, but those we see as role models, those we look up to, those who inspire us, and those who guide us.
Being a leader is not easy. It takes hard work, dedication, and sacrifice. But it is worth it. When you are an effective leader, you can make a difference in the lives of others and see real results.
Effective leadership
Are you looking to become a more effective leader? Whether you are just starting out in your career or have been leading teams for years, there is always room for growth.
Good leaders are essential in any organisation, yet many people don’t know how to be effective leaders.
We offer industry-leading professional development training trusted by top companies to cultivate leadership skills and accelerate your career growth.
Let’s talk leadership.
Our program
Our all-inclusive leadership courses run over five days and will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to be an effective leader. Whether it’s face-to-face sessions or virtual classes, we offer a variety of options that can fit any schedule, depending on your needs. Additional material will also be recommended so individuals can take ownership of their development.
In principle, the program will be split into 2 x 2-day courses and 1 x 1-day courses, though 2-day courses can be arranged as single-day sessions.
Further courses and support can be added as required, e.g., personal coaching, additional courses from the Elite portfolio, and bespoke training sessions.
There will also be the option to tailor this approach to your organisational needs and requests.

A few words from our clients
"We were very pleased to use Elite Training and Consultancy as our partner when designing and delivering a new Management Development Programme across the organisation.
We felt that Elite listened to our needs and showed good flexibility in adapting existing leadership and management modules to suit our requirements. The trainer engaged very successfully with all members of our two cohorts of delegates and showed great listening skills and, despite delivering virtually throughout, got to know the participants and encouraged them to contribute. There is a real ‘buzz’ in our organisation about the Programme and I have already been asked to consider a second schedule for later in the year."
